1. Service and operator
ARGUSX is an independent research website operated by an individual based in mainland China. Contact: support@argusx.fun. Public research is available; Pro membership is not open. We accept no payments, deposits or preorders. Paid-service terms will apply to a transaction when a customer makes a purchase after launch.
2. Pricing and renewal
Pro costs USD 9 per month or USD 90 per year, billed annually upfront, with identical benefits. After launch, subscriptions renew on the selected cycle until cancelled. Applicable taxes, total price and renewal date will be disclosed at checkout or on billing records. No recurring charges are active today. Price changes require advance notice and will not change the price of a period already paid for.
3. Benefits and delivery
Planned benefits are selected-company coverage, research deep dives, evidence/change logs, member archives and comparable historical context, as described on the pricing page. After launch, bilingual research will be delivered through member access on this website. Dates, sources and gaps are labeled. Real-time quotes, daily publication and coverage of every company are not promised. Member access and paid delivery must be verified before charging starts.
4. Permitted use
Membership is for the purchaser’s personal research. Do not share accounts, resell member content, bulk-copy protected content, bypass access controls or disrupt the website. Third-party data remains subject to its provider’s rights; membership does not grant redistribution rights to paid third-party data.
5. Research limitations
Research may contain errors or subsequent corrections. It is not personalized investment advice, trade instructions or a return guarantee. ARGUSX does not execute trades, hold customer funds or provide unlimited bespoke research. Check original disclosures, dates and definitions when making your own decisions.
6. Cancellation, refunds and termination
Use subscription management to open the Creem customer portal and cancel renewal, or contact support from the purchase email. Access remains through the paid period after renewal cancellation; a full refund ends the corresponding paid entitlement. See the refund policy. If we end a paid service early, we will refund the undelivered portion. Suspected abuse may lead to suspension with an explanation, without restricting statutory remedies.
7. Support, payment provider and rights
Support replies within 3 business days. Creem is the intended payment and merchant-of-record provider; onboarding approval is pending. This page does not imply Creem has approved ARGUSX. Its checkout terms also apply to future transactions processed through Creem. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Both language versions are intended to agree; ambiguity must not reduce statutory consumer protections. Material changes will be versioned and communicated to affected members before applying.
