1. Scope and contact
This policy covers the ARGUSX website and planned membership service. Contact support@argusx.fun for privacy requests. Paid memberships are not open; payment-related processing below will apply only to future purchases.
2. Information currently processed
Research email subscriptions store email, theme, language, consent records and subscription status. Feedback and support process the content and contact details you choose to provide. Cloudflare provides hosting, security, email delivery and storage. Channel analytics uses first-party cookies and aggregate events, detailed in the email privacy notice and traffic settings. Do not submit sensitive identity documents, passwords or full payment details in feedback or email.
3. Future membership and payments
After launch, expected records needed for delivery include purchase email, provider customer/order identifiers, plan, status, billing period, refunds and support history. For Creem checkout, Creem processes payment and relevant billing/tax information. ARGUSX does not request or store full card numbers or security codes. Systems not yet enabled are not represented as currently collecting this data.
4. Purposes, sharing and cross-border processing
Information is used for requested services, subscription verification, support, refunds, necessary security and operational analytics. Consent to free research emails is not consent to paid-product marketing. Necessary information is shared with service providers for these functions. Cloudflare, Gmail used for support, and future Creem processing may operate outside your country; their own policies also apply. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Retention and choices
Unconfirmed email requests are cleaned up after 30 days and visit details after 90 days; opt-out records are retained to prevent unwanted mail. Support records are kept through resolution and reasonable follow-up. Future billing records will be retained only for necessary service, disputes and applicable legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion; required billing retention may limit deletion. Email opt-out does not cancel membership charges.
