SpaceX management said on October 25 that it had closed approximately $40 billion of debt financing for GPUs expected in Q1–Q2 2027, but Reuters could not independently determine the closing or pricing terms. This supports the interpretation of differentiated access to financing rather than an industry-wide credit freeze. Actual equipment deliveries, utilization, cash flow, and repayments remain unproven.

Older, dated evidence continues to show strength in specific AI networking orders and advanced manufacturing, while Nokia and Bloom Energy indicate unresolved working-capital and operating-cash-flow pressures.
